Having an experienced church planter to come along side you is smart. Having him be your coach can be invaluable! Coaching leaves the planter in the driver's seat in all the decisions. A church planter coach helps the planter to recognize the hidden issues that lay just around the corner. A monthly or every three week coaching meeting will help you get much further down the road, makes the road smoother and the trip more enjoyable.
