Hello, My name is Jimmy Kinnaird and welcome to the AlignMyLife.org site. After working for over three decades in leadership with people from various walks of life and backgrounds I have seen what good coaching can do for individuals and teams.  

I'm not bashful around strangers. I led a roving jazz band in the French Quarter of New Orleans for the better part of a year.

I've created a successful start-up. I planted a church in the suburbs of New Orleans that was healthy, self-sustaining and helped to start 3 other congregations.

I've been loved beyond what I deserve. I'm married to Karen for 35 years this year. We have three wonderful adult children and two every exceptional grandsons.

I've been a team leader directly supervising 24 team members with a budget of over $6,000,000.

I have been a pastor of three churches, each of them very different in culture, setting and vision.

I have been most successful in helping people and organizations discover who they are, why they are here and where their next steps are into the future.
