Aligned Church Planting is a catalytic resource for the church planting organization, sending and partner churches and the church planter. Starting new, healthy reproducing churches is both an art and a science. It can be one of the most physically, mentally, and spiritually taxing experiences you and your family can go through. With that said, it is worth it. Just don’t do it alone and don’t do it without expert support that has seen both failure and success. 

Jimmy has planted successfully outside of the city of New Orleans in a predominant Roman Catholic area and saw 23% growth per year for 8 years, with 5 other churches planted with the help of the local association of churches. Jimmy has been a pastor for 21 years and worked the last several years leading the turnaround of church planting as the Director of Church Multiplication for Oklahoma Baptists. He brings a wealth of knowledge at every level of starting new and healthy churches.
